A telehealth visit is an appointment with a doctor by phone or video, right at home. The doctor asks about your condition, assesses symptoms and provides a treatment plan — just like a clinic visit, but you don’t have to go anywhere.
Each visit lasts about 20–30 minutes. The doctor speaks Vietnamese and explains everything you need to know.
